Birthday Policy
-Each private party includes 2 hours of exclusive use of the Kids Town Playspace,
including play time, pizza time, cupcake time and singing Happy Birthday. The time also
includes set up and breakdown of any additional decor you may bring in.
-The party schedule is as follows:
30 minutes play, 15 minutes pizza, after pizza 45 minutes more play, and the last 30
minutes are for singing happy Birthday, cupcake, and wrap up time. (The schedule can
also be arranged based on customer preference)
– An adult must accompany each child.
– For everyone’s safety and due to liability reasons, no alcohol will be served or allowed
on the premises.
-Food & Décor is allowed from outside at no additional fee.
Cancellation Policy:
All transactions are final due to capacity and demand. We understand that sometimes
plans change, if for some reason, you need to reschedule your party date we can do so at
no additional fee.
Extended time only if 4-6pm slot chosen.
